which a manager, your purpose would probably be to address an issue or discuss something business related
for a teammate, your tone would probably not to too serious or controlling, since you’re not their boss
for a travel agent, your content would be about where you want to go or talk about what’s going on at the location you’re going to be traveling to in the near future
